In his role as Head of AI at the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi, he leads organization-wide AI initiatives that enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and elevate visitor experiences. He holds a Master’s in Business Analytics from Imperial College Business School, London, providing a solid grounding in data-driven strategy, leadership, and innovation.

His current work focuses on moving AI from isolated tools to connected, agentic systems that can support teaching, operations, decision-making, and personalised learning across schools. He is leading initiatives spanning agentic AI, Google Workspace and Gemini adoption, intelligent learning environments, AI-enabled school platforms, robotics, quantum technologies, XR, esports, and future-skills programmes.

Previously Director of AI at GEMS Education, Sreejit has worked at the intersection of education, technology, and organisational transformation across the UAE. He regularly advises education leaders and technology partners on AI strategy, governance, adoption, and the practical design of AI systems for real-world use.

Mangesh Jadhav

Mangesh is a seasoned Core Banking and Banking Technology leader with 18 years of global experience across the banking ecosystem. He began his career with Infosys, gaining deep expertise in Core Banking through large-scale implementations for leading global banks including Union Bank of California, AKBank and ANZ.

He currently leads the Core Systems portfolio for Emirates NBD Group, overseeing more than 20 critical core applications with a portfolio exceeding AED 200 million. Throughout his career, Mangesh has driven several industry-first initiatives, helping banks accelerate digital transformation, modernize critical transactional journeys and leverage AI to create smarter, more resilient banking platforms.

He has also worked closely with leading technology and industry partners to shape and build the next generation of Core Banking platforms, combining deep banking domain expertise with technology innovation and transformation leadership.
